The Northern Panhandle HOME Consortium was established to create
affordable housing opportunities in the Northern Panhandle of West
Virginia. The Consortium's primary focus is to provide down payment
and closing cost assistance to income-eligible first-time homebuyers
who purchase homes within the Consortium's geographical
region.
